We want to encourage positive lifestyle changes, and weight loss that is SUSTAINABLE. The top 3 winners of the Facebook contest will then be voted on by an independent group of judges. This will enter you into the monthly IdealShape contest. Official deadline for grand prize contest is the 15th of each month, by Midnight MST. First place monthly winners will win a weekend retreat to Park City, Utah. We know that losing 20-30% of your total body weight in 5 months is often not sustainable - and might encourage unhealthy habits. Enter the Ship Shape Challenge 2016 to win free product, money and even a trip of a lifetime. 2. Maintain that weight (or lose some more) and you will also qualify for the cash incentives. So for 2017, the goal for participants is to lose 7% of their total body weight.
The itinerary of the Caribbean Cruise is at the discretion of IdealShape, LLC management. For 2017, the CHALLENGE will offer health tips, programs, cooking classes and weigh-ins for the entire year. Your first weigh-in for 2017 must be no more than 2 pounds over your final weight from 2016. Include a few paragraphs about your weight loss journey and how IdealShape helped you achieve your results (at least 200 words). You must be a US Citizen 3. You must be 21 to enter. 4. You may enter once during the contest period (August 2015-July 2016).
